Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Diagnosing and repairing leaks and roofing issues in various systems: composition, metal, low-slope, and more.
Accurately assessing repair needs and communicating clearly with customers and the team.
Providing quality, code-compliant repairs that meet our high standards.
Ensuring safety protocols are followed on every job.
Managing your own materials, tools, and timelines efficiently.
Requirements:

Experience: 3–5+ years in roofing, including hands-on repair work across multiple roofing types.
Skills: Expert-level troubleshooting and repair knowledge.
Independence: Able to manage repair jobs start-to-finish.
Physical: Lift 50+ lbs, comfortable with heights and all weather conditions.
Mindset: Professional, solutions-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused.
What You’ll Get:
