HISTORY AND MISSION

In May 1968 the Klamath Basin Home Builders Association (Klamath Basin HBA) received its charter from the National Association of Home Builders. We are a 501(c)6 non-profit, representing the trade industries in both Klamath and Lake Counties with members from the construction industry as well as surrounding industries like banking, decoration and recreation.

The association provides information to the public as well as education and information to contractors. Since 1975 the HBA has been running the annual home show and a golf tournament since 1991.

As leaders in the building industry since 1968, we are dedicated to representing the industry before government and the community; to promote high ethical standards; to provide service to its membership; and to defend the opportunities of home ownership for all.
