Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Klamath Basin Home Builders Association

Wage: DOE

Hours: 16 – 20 hours per week

Job Summary: The Klamath Basin Home Builders Association is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant. This role requires a person who is independent, a self-starter, and maintains a professional demeanor. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, social media and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Organize and assist with coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Some weekends required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
