Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Klamath Basin Home Builders Association
Wage: DOE
Hours: 16 – 20 hours per week
Job Summary: The Klamath Basin Home Builders Association is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant. This role requires a person who is independent, a self-starter, and maintains a professional demeanor. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, social media and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and assist with coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Some weekends required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Able to maintain composure in various situations.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
